Privacy Policy

Big Brain Games (bigbraingames.cloud) is run by Propel Technology Solutions. This page explains what information we collect when you use the site and its games, why, and what you can do about it.

Browsing the site

You can browse bigbraingames.cloud and play most games without an account. We don't use ads, analytics or tracking cookies. Some games save your settings in your own browser's storage; that stays on your device.

Signing in with Google

Some games, like Gambit at chess.bigbraingames.cloud, let you sign in with Google so your progress follows you between devices. When you sign in, Google shares with us:

• your Google account ID,
• your name, and
• your email address.

We never see your Google password. We use these details only to identify your account and show your name in the game.

Game data

When you play a signed-in game, we store:

• the chess rating you enter, and your game settings,
• your achievements and unlocks,
• your current run, and a short summary of runs you've finished.

We use this only to run the game and keep your progress.

Where it's stored

Your account and game data are stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the United States. Sign-in is handled by Amazon Cognito and Google. Our servers keep technical logs for up to 30 days to fix problems.

Sharing

We don't sell your information or share it with anyone for advertising. The only other companies involved are the ones that run the service for us: Google (sign-in) and AWS (hosting).

How long we keep it

We keep your account and game data until you ask us to delete it, or until we shut the game down.

Deleting your data

Email propel.technology.solutions@gmail.com from the address on your Google account and we'll delete your account and all its game data. You can also remove Big Brain Games's access to your Google account at any time in your Google Account settings.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
