The games are free to play, for your personal enjoyment. Please don't try to break, overload or cheat the games' servers, or use them to harm anyone else.

Your account

Some games let you sign in with Google to save your progress. You're responsible for your Google account. We may remove accounts that break these terms. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Our games

The games, their art and their code belong to Big Brain Games. You may play them and share links to them, but not copy or republish them without permission.

No guarantees

The games are provided as they are. We work to keep them running, but they may change, have bugs, lose progress, or go offline, and we may update or retire a game at any time. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using the site or its games.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
